I was reading the instruction guide that came with my Ryobi Sliding Compound Saw the other day, and remembered a funny line by Tim “the Tool Man” Taylor on one of the episodes of Home Improvement, when having trouble putting something together with his son Brad.
Brad asks if they should read the instructions. Tim’s response is:
“The instructions are just the manufacturers opinion of how it should be put together”.
